No return or exchange policy on custom items.
TD Expressions is willing to work with each customer on an individual basis for any identified defect on any product.
Returns and exchanges will not be available for items due to customer neglect.
Tumblers and water bottles that have been dropped, placed in dishwasher, left in high temperatures, or soaked in water cannot be returned for refund.
If exchange is settled upon, the original item must be returned and exact item will be resent. Any requested changes will result in additional charges.
A non-refundable deposit of 30 - 50% is required for custom products. Deposit amount will vary depending on level of customization requested.
Pictures will be provided throughout the process and must be approved prior to further work being completed.
Once approved, any changes may result in additional charges.
Full payment is required prior to shipment or upon delivery (if delivered in person).
Payment options include: PayPal, Cash App, Credit Card, Check, and pay later options (Affirm, Klarna, AfterPay). Pay later options are not approved or denied by TD Expressions. Please reach out to individual companies with questions.
