Returns and Exchanges

EXCHANGES

If an exchange is granted for a customized product due to defect, the original item must be returned prior to receiving the new product.  The replacement product will be made exactly as original order.  Any change request to the original order will result in additional fees being assessed. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@tdexpressions.com and we will provide you an address to return the original item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please see shipping policy.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Returns are only allowed on non-customized products. Our policy lasts 25 days. If 25 days have gone by since your purchase has shipped or picked up, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless there is defect in the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including customized products and gift cards.

If a refund request is granted, once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
